Quantum Theory of Free Fields: Lagrangian Formalism, Symmetries and Conservation Laws
Aminova A. V., Chervon S. V., Fomin I. V.
The theory of classical (non-quantized) relativistic free wave fields based on the Lagrangian formalism and Noether's theorem is considered. The derivation of field dynamics equations from the principle of stationary action is presented. The application of Noether's theorem to finding dynamic invariants is considered in detail. Conservation laws and basic characteristics of wave fields are also obtained.
Keywords: relativistic fields, symmetries, conservation laws
