On phase transitions during particle collisions in the vicinity of black holes

In particles collisions near the horizon of black holes, it is possible to achieve temperatures of quark-gluon plasma corresponding to phase transitions of elementary particle physics. The sizes and lifetime of the regions of the new phase are of the order of the Compton length and time for the energy scale of the phase transition. It is shown that taking into account the uncertainty relations does not allow observe, when restoring symmetry, the effects of negative square of the mass of the scalar field on the speed of wave processes.
